Description of procedure

The patient was positioned in the circ tray and prepped and draped in the usual sterile fashion. The time out protocol was initiated and the ankle ID bracelet was used to confirm his identity. The circumcision was performed in the usual manner for the procedure named above. Good hemostasis was confirmed. Anesthesia was general endotracheal. The patient was in excellent at the completion of the circumcision.
